Established SMEs Growth: Exploring Firms and Innovation

Purpose: The main purpose of the study is to investigate the relationship between established SMEs' growth by focusing on the role of innovation practices in the growth of the firm as well as the role of the entrepreneur’s growth ambition.
Design: The study was designed for established SME growth in KPK. The scale was adopted for innovation and the Entrepreneur's ambitions and growth scale were developed. A total of 250 respondents were included in the study from established manufacturing SMEs in KPK, Pakistan.
Findings: The results showed that there is a positive relationship among the variables of the study and they have a significant role in the growth of established SMEs.
