Abstract

Foreign direct investment has been one of the significant elements of the world economies throughout the recent many years. This study looks at the effect of unfamiliar direct ventures on monetary development in 10 distinct nations. The date period varies from 1990 to 2020. Various tests were applied to see which technique for it is appropriate to assess the relapse. For utilizing the best impact among arbitrary and fixed Hausman tests were applied, and the outcomes upheld the utilization of the Fixed Effect model. Tests are applied to eliminate the issue of autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity According to our investigation houseman test supports the fixed impact model powerful standard mistake is utilized to eliminate heteroscedasticity
