Open Access Policy

The Journal of Innovative Research in Management Sciences (JIRMS) is a fully open-access, peer-reviewed scholarly journal committed to the unrestricted dissemination of high-quality research. All published articles are made freely and permanently available online immediately upon publication without subscription or access barriers.

JIRMS believes that open access promotes the global exchange of knowledge, enhances research visibility, increases citation and scholarly impact, and supports innovation through the unrestricted dissemination of scientific knowledge.

Open Access Policy

JIRMS provides immediate and permanent open access to all published content. Readers may freely access, read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, and link to published articles without charge, subject to the terms of the Journal's licensing policy. No registration or subscription is required to access published content.

Author Rights

Authors retain the rights specified under the Journal's Copyright and Licensing Policy. Publication in JIRMS does not restrict the dissemination of scholarly work in accordance with the applicable licence and the Journal's self-archiving policy.

Licensing

All articles published in JIRMS are distributed under the licence specified in the Copyright and Licensing Policy. Users must comply with the applicable licence terms when sharing, reproducing, or reusing published content.

Indexing and Discoverability

The Journal supports the broad dissemination and discoverability of published research by maintaining high-quality metadata, persistent identifiers, and interoperability with scholarly indexing, abstracting, and discovery services.

Research Integrity

Open access does not influence editorial decisions. All manuscripts submitted to JIRMS undergo the same editorial assessment, research integrity checks, and independent peer-review process regardless of funding source, publication charges, or waiver status.

Policy Compliance

JIRMS supports the principles of equitable access to scholarly knowledge and is committed to maintaining its open-access publishing practices in accordance with internationally recognized standards and best practices, including those promoted by the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), the Open Access Scholarly Publishing Association (OASPA), and other recognized scholarly communication initiatives. This policy is reviewed annually or whenever changes in publishing standards or licensing requirements necessitate revision.
